- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had several car loans. And this bank is by far the worst. They wont send a statement to tell you your pay ment is due. So you will forget then they charge you a extra fee. There is no real info on there website that helps you out. For some reason they are always closed and when they are open its always rushed. Pay over the phone yes please oh wait theres a 5$ fee. On top of the money i am trying to give them but hard to get to them. I would have given this place zero stars but there wasn't an option.
